Where are we located?  For now we are doing a meet-up and upon receipt of your order, we will make arrangements.  We no longer have a store at Chamorro Village. We also ship USPS.

Do we accept special orders?  Yes, we do please use the contact form where we can receive your requirements.  Please also include your phone number and the best time to call.

Do we do 12-inch letterings?  Yes, we can do special letterings, just use the contact form and we will reply.  Also, include your phone number.

How long before I receive my order?  Due to the number of orders receives, we have a turn around of 5-7 days or less.  After cutting, painting, staining, and shrink wrap, we need to make sure everything is properly dried. 

How do we pay?   We accept PayPal and almost all major credit cards on our site.   Once your order is received, we will contact you for additional information to complete your order.  Please include your email and mobile contact number.  

What are they made from?   Most of all, the items are made from wood, shrink wrapped, painted, and stained.

Are they made here on Guam?  Yes, we are a GEDA Guam product sealer holder and make various items here locally.

How much can we add to the ornaments?  Normally, we will request either first OR last name and possibly a date.   When you check out, there’s a section to input your request.

Do you ship off island?  Yes, only to the United States, Saipan, and Palau.   When checking out, put the mailing address.  Sorry, shipping is NOT FREE.  Our system will calculate the shipping based on the state and zipcode using the USPS rates.
